Every beginning is difficult, but not with the help of Markus. Right from the start, he advised us in detail which lots or houses in which location were suitable for our budget, stated the advantages and disadvantages, and was completely open-ended. We had always wanted a vacation home in Florida. This is how the first contact with Markus Hartwich came about via e-mail. During our next vacation he showed us the first existing houses. However, these did not quite correspond to our ideas of a modern and "young" house. Thanks to Markus Hartwich we had the courage to build our own house. With his help, he introduced us to the right people on site and answered all our questions about building in America with a lot of patience and time. Before, during and after the construction phase, Markus was always available to us; informed us about the progress on site at regular intervals with messages and photos and kept us up to date on what was happening. This was the only way it was possible to build a house overseas from Switzerland with the best of my knowledge and belief. We were able to rely on someone on site who did their utmost to ensure everything went smoothly and on schedule.
