Tall Pines

Kensington

World Tennis Center

The World Tennis Center has been open since the early 80s. It features 8 neighborhoods with 360 single-family homes, attached villas and condominiums. The WTC Master Homeowners Association has plenty of amenities including 16 tennis courts, 2 pools and much more. The community is laid out across 80 acres with approximately 50 acres of landscaped land.

7. Big Cypress, Moorings Park, Northgate, Forest Lakes, Turtle Lake, Naples Bath and Tennis, Pinewoods

Big Cypress

Big Cypress is a non-gated community of homes in a country club environment situated on approx. 100 acres. 96 older and newer single-family homes in different neighborhoods use the Country Club’s swimming pool and clubhouse and residents can enjoy eight smaller lakes.

Northgate

Northgate Village is a community developed in the early 90s and consists of single-family homes close to the Country Club of Naples. The neighborhood is not gated, and residents have the benefit of quite low HOA fees.

Forest Lakes

Forest Lakes Condominiums is in a beautiful 55+ community situated on 17 acres with nicely kept lawns and shrubbery and includes 352 single-story villas, two-story and three-story Apartments. Forest Lakes is integrated at the first nine holes of Quail Run Golf Course. Three heated community pools, clay tennis courts, shuffleboard and a clubhouse with pool tables and library are among the amenities residents can enjoy.

Turtle Lake

Turtle Lake is a condo complex community of 442 units with resort-like amenities featuring a large pool and preserve. It includes an optional Golf Membership at Quail Run Golf Club.

Naples Bath And Tennis

Naples Bath and Tennis is a unique non-gated community with a world class tennis facility, the Sanchez-Casal Tennis Academy, with 37 championship clay courts. The development includes both single-family homes and condominium homes situated on 160 acres of preserves, lakes, and tropical landscaping.

Pinewoods

The Pinewoods community is a picturesque neighborhood mainly built in the 80s and surrounded by tall Pine trees. It features 4 condominium villages with pools and luxurious single-family homes with a neighborhood park and four tennis courts.

8. Bad Axe, Gulf Acres, North Naples Highlands, Cypress Woods Estates, Sperling, Hemingway Place, Oak Knoll, Sorrento, Westlake, Twin Lakes

Gulf Acres

Gulf Acres is a small, non-gated community in the central part of Naples that started in the 1950s and primarily consists of single-family homes.

North Naples Highlands

North Naples Highlands is an established neighborhood that was started in the mid-50s and contains single-family homes with a ranch and Olde Florida styling. There is no HOA and therefore there are no restrictions.

Hemingway Place

Hemingway Place is a centrally located, intimate, upscale gated community of only 23 custom 2-story single-family homes ranging from 3,500 to 5,000 sq ft with 4 or 5 bedrooms, perfect for families. The Cypress preserve, that is situated on 10 acres of wooded areas, mostly have oversize parcels.

Sorrento Gardens

Sorrento Gardens is a charming community of old Florida style single-family homes erected in the mid 60’s. It is an open subdivision and non-gated neighborhood with no HOA fees.

Westlake

Westlake is a small community consisting of just 9 single-family villas.

Twin Lakes

Naples Twin Lakes is a neighborhood that does not have an HOA. It features a mix of original ranch and bungalow style homes with two lakes. Some homes have water views and in some areas newer upscale residences were added.

9. Park Shore, Seagate, Naples Cay

Park Shore and Seagate

Exclusive and luxurious, yet laid-back and relaxed – these are the characteristics that describe Park Shore and Seagate, two of Naples’ most desirable communities, best. Navigable bodies of water, namely Venetian Bay and Inner Doctors Bay separate the mainland of Park Shore from the gulf front portion. Membership for the private Park Shore Beach Park can also be acquired.

The neighborhood is home to several high-end shopping destinations, including The Village on Venetian Bay, accommodating 45 exquisite shops and boutiques and the Waterside Shops. The dining environment around Park Shore and Seagate is, without a doubt, one of the best in Naples.
