The Isles of Capri, which are a group of four mangrove islands covering more than 600 acres and looking towards Marco Island across the Marco Bay, were bought in 1955 by Leland L. Dock Loach. Today Capri accommodates approx. 600 full-time and 1,250 seasonal residents. Single family homes and condos, most of which have water views and quick access to open water, range from the mid-800s to as much as $5 million.
