Glades

The Glades Country Club is an association with 1,169 residences ranging from two-story condos to villas and single-family homes that are located on over 200 acres in 12 individual sections. The community features 36 holes of golf and a beautiful Clubhouse. Among the amenities are 10 tennis courts, bocce courts, shuffleboard courts and 9 swimming pools.

Winter Park

Winter Park is a low-rise condominium community with 695 units and offers a resort-style swimming pool and tennis courts.

Kings Lake

Kings Lake is a member-owned tennis community, established in 1984 with 338 single-family homes, 20 villas and 819 condominium homes and low homeowner fees. Three lakes and a nature preserve among the other amenities create a natural setting.

Queens Park

Queens Park is a wonderful, family-friendly community consisting of 284 single family homes, 50 condominiums and 17 villas built in the early 90s and surrounded by pristine lakes and nicely landscaped spaces, having one of the lowest annual HOA fees in the area.
