Collier County covers more than 2,300 square miles and accommodates just under 400,000 inhabitants. It is the 115th largest school district of more than 14,000 in the U.S. and its 63 Schools accommodate more than 48,000 students with just over 3,000 teachers.
More than 360 buses serve 31 Elementary Schools, 10 Middle Schools, 8 High Schools, 1 K-12 School, 1 Virtual School, 2 Technical Colleges and 9 Charter Schools.
While there are more than 60 public schools in and around Naples down to Marco Island, there is about half of those in private Schools. They provide Kindergarten through 12th grade education and primarily funded through student fees and tuition. Some of these private institutions may receive grants through the Florida Department of Education. While public schools in Florida are required by law to provide education to any child, the private schools can choose who they want enrolled as a student.
Here you can find all information about the public schools in Collier County, see them on a map and below you can find direct links to each of them.
